Policies and Procedures

The nonrefundable administrative and operating fees for cancellations are listed under the descriptions of each camp.  For August camps, refunds (less the administrative and operating fees) will be made only for medical reasons when accompanied by a letter from a physician after July 27, 2018.  Refunds will not be mailed out until after August 21, 2018.  If a camper is injured and must leave camp early, the refund amount will be pro-rated for days attended.  Once a camper is admitted and signed into camp, an early departure that is not medically related does not qualify for a refund of any kind or credit towards another camp.
Any violation of camp regulations (damage to school property, disrespect to coaches, or other behavior deemed detrimental to the group) may result in immediate dismissal from camp.  If a camper is dismissed or voluntarily withdraws from camp, there will be no refund.
Deposit & Balance: 
Full payment of camp tuition is due at the time the application is submitted.  Deposits will not be accepted.  Payments will not be accepted at registration.
Campers will NOT be admitted into camp without providing completed applications, health forms, accurate and official immunization records and camp waivers.  Incomplete application packets will NOT be accepted or processed.  Please refer to the following timetable for application packet submission deadline:
Elite Camp: Application Packet Deadline – Friday, July 28, 2017 (5:00 pm) 
** Teams registering for the either the Elite Camp or Day Camp must submit full application packets for 7 or more participants prior to being approved for the team discount rate.
